Life sentence Phaedophiles are being let out again
Recently after talking to some prisoners in Maghaberry they are concerned over the pre-release scheme for LIFERS presently the pre-release( Crumlin Road jail) unit where tempers are flaring and things are already at a low for pre release prisoners as they are being forced to talk to phaedophiles in case they upset them also included are serial sex offenders who are being sent there by the resident governor Mr Cromie who is over seen by Max Murray (Northern Ireland office official).
The prisoners are concerned for there own safety and the safety of the children in the greater Belfast area as the most vile offender is being considered for realease after serving life,his name is Edward Waters who has re-offended on numerious occasions,his last being disabled children,where he received a job driving a mini bus taking them too and from school.
Which he recieved a another life sentence,in total he has served 26 years for sexual offences,he was remanded in November 1978 and sentenced in 1979 for burgary and other sexual offences.When he became aware of this website he changed his name by deedple to carson,he also faked a heart attack on the 1/11/2006 at the pru.
This has all came to light since the most recent lifer to be sent back was a sex offender who brutally raped a woman in the new lodge road area.
Who is also a beast known as Packie Coleman.
The prisoners at Maghaberry are also awaiting the return of Clarkie the serial rapist,Mark Clarke from the Shankill area who lured young women into his car while pretending to be a taxi driver and violently raped them.
He lured young women into his car while pretending to be a taxi driver around the Shaws Bridge area,when he was last caught he had 1 young women tied up in a flat and went scouring for in another in his car,that was to prove to be his down fall,as while he was trying too abduct the young women the other victim luckily made good her escape and alerted police,and when Mark Clarke returned to the flat police where waiting for him..
He is now supposedly under the same peoples care as when he first committed these crimes aproximately eleven years ago,"his parents",whom he has duped into believing he was innocent not once but three times over,he is whats also known as a three striker,(three strikes at the same offence rendered him a life sentence)Thats not three at once,nor three together,three he was caught for spanning his young adult hood to his latest release he is now approx thirty eight and back scouring the streets of Belfast doing who knows what?
Only his parents and he is telling all other inmates he is innocent and going to appeal too the House of Lords and be proven innocent.He might have more success at picking up a nun from lourdes??
The sentencing judge offered him a more leniant sentence if he where to plead guilty and reduce the trauma of the victims having to give evidence,and offered him sex offender treatment,but Mark Clarke refused and still denied all charges and forced the victims too re-live the trauma he was sentenced to life in Belfast crown court in 1995.
Mark Clarke has now secured a job and has still got a full driving liscence,as he works for a company driving the minibus to collect other workers and transport them to and from work.
He is beleived to be living in the Woodvale area of Belfast.
Update5/11/2006 mark clarke was caught driving a car with no insurance which he is not allowed to do,he was returned to maghberry prison for 1 week,press contacted the nio max murray to confirm he had been returned to prison,they confirmed it and lied,he is now back in the pre release unit again and working driving a van for a contractor in belfast.
What is really annoying these resident prisoners within the Pre Release Unit(PRU crumlin Road,Belfast) is that they know these guys will offend again as Waters(aliais)Carson was two years ago caught with in his posession in his prison cell a video tape full of episodes of school around the corner children (ITV program broadcasting primary school children),what doe,s that say for rehabilitation?
Why was he allowed a video recorder to record innocent children,what was he doing with this tape?Also he was put on report by the prison authorities for the above mentioned who are now letting him out to walk around Belfast town in conjunction with the Probation services headed by leading forensic phycoligist Alan Darnbrook who has come out of semi retirement.I would like to read the transcripts or listen to the adjudacation process tapes.
Along with these beasts is another lurker as I am usure of his name yet as I am unsure of his proper identity,update 5/11/2006 paul ohare violently raped a young women 132 times over a one year period while keeping her imprisoned in her own abode.This is beleived to have taken place in Burnley,England.
He was also convicted of manslaughter of a man in Tandragee several years ago.
He is believed to be at phase three,which means he will be free within weeks,but he may run once exposed so beware!!!
This vile attack took place while he was on pre release sentence for a murder type offence from Maghaberry and I cannot confirm this vile attack took place in this country so he may escape the sex offenders register also bacause the crime was not committed in this country.He is also working for a building contractor driving a JCB in the Belfast area.
This also SEEMS the government nor the prison can make him participate in sex offenders treatment classes,nor have the authority OR POWER to make him accept the guilt of this evil crime!
I also believe that this Blog has created all the agencies involved with these beasts to re think there strategies!!!!
THE ONLY THING THEY ARE DOING IS PROTECTING THEIR OWN JOBS!!!!!!!!
I have been told it took place in Burnley his name is Paul Hare and he can be traced through the manslaughter which took place in Tandragee.
He a is a beast offender who is at phase three of the release program headed by governor Cromie at the PRU,Crumlin Road Belfast.
Phase three means he will be walking freely on the streets within several weeks scouring for another victim.
These beasts will strike again against all the warnings prisoners are sending out,along with there proven track record that says it all.
Also on his way to the pre release unit is Ronald Graham,who has served a life sentence for killing a young school girl and cutting her up ,then casually in Ian Huntley style,He had the audicty to assist in the hunt for the little girl!!!!
Prison staff working in Maghaberry what are you at?
Are you willing to keep your jobs to let these beasts out into society?Thats how it looks!
Now there is another one of these beasts on the loose ,having not retuned to his allocated acommadation Warning as child sex beast on loose!!

A paedophile has gone on the run less than four months after an Ulster court sentenced him to three years in prison for having sex with a 13-year-old girl - sparking calls for sex offenders here to be electronically tagged.
Police have issued an urgent warning after Paul Hunter Redpath (35), a Scottish chef, failed to comply with his probation conditions. They have said he is a danger to children.
Redpath (pictured right) was caught having sex with a teenager in Co Down in March of last year. At his trial this June he was sentenced to three years imprisonment. However, he had already served more than a year on remand and would have been eligible for release recently because of Northern Ireland's controversial 50% remission policy.

Certainly not the prisoners,more like the prison service,(NIO)who will do anything to keep there jobs now,and cut costs.
Seemingly as the old school staff are being replaced at the price rate of two to one,"yellow packs as they are commonly known in the prison service"So all you prison officers are you really keeping quiet and changing your opinions on these beasts?or is the N I O cutting costs and weeding out the old and putting in the new in experienced prison officer who knows nothing of these predators habits.

If we get it passed in parlaiment now we will not be as concerned about Trevor Hamilton,who brutally murdered Attracta Harron who was on liscence for rape while he committed the brutal murder.
Recently the brutal beast Trevor Hamilton received a beating from four inmates in Bush house where he had a cushy orderlies job serving food to other prisoners.
The ODC,s had enough of his swaggering about bragging and smirking as he served them cold food and hid the prisoners allocated food behind the servery for the officers.
The inmates where placed on report and Hamilton is now housed in Glen house on his own and he receives his visits in the seclusion of the prison segregation unit,(the boards,where other inmates serve out there punishment for petty ajudacated offences)his family are transported inside the prison by a blacked out windowed van, and he gets a secluded comfy chair with his visitors,whilst the other inmates serving there punishment are unaware whats going on in the S.S.U. and are would consider this type of visit a luxury!!
This is where he is allocated his 1 hours excorcise also(The SSU),but he prefers not to run the gauntlet of abuse in the S.S.U yard from other inmates,so he stays on his own wing in Glen House where Johnny Adair and Billy Wright where once housed.

Why is the sex offenders register in the news now?Following the murder of eight-year-old Sarah Payne, which focused national attention on the threat to children posed by paedophiles, the News of the World dramatically upped the ante by publishing the names and photographs of 49 child-sex offenders. A week later it published a second set of pictures, and, the paper says, will continue to publish further pictures until it has outed everyone on the register. The paper called its campaign 'For Sarah' and claimed her murder proved police monitoring of paedophiles was not enough. Every parent had a right to know who the paedophiles were, it said.What is the sex offenders register? There are 12,000 people on the sex offenders register, which came into force in 1997; it includes all sexual crimes. Convicted sex offenders must register their names and addresses with the police, and inform them within 14 days if they move. Any offender failing to register can be jailed for up to six months and fined. The register is not retro-active and so does not include anyone convicted before 1997. In addition, police can apply for a community protection order, which lasts for a minimum of five years and can bar an individual from areas frequented by children.
So what do the police think of the News of the World's campaign? They have condemned the paper's actions. Tony Butler, spokesman on sexual offenders for the association of chief police officers, said anonymity was an essential element of the register and the campaign would only endanger children's lives by driving the paedophiles underground. Police officers and representatives have met with the paper and Sarah Payne's parents in the hope of persuading it to call off the campaign. The police say all the publicity will drive offenders into hiding, perhaps making them more likely to re-offend.
Is there a precedent for the News of the World's actions?Yes. In the outrage that accompanied the release of predatory paedophile Sidney Cooke, and before the introduction of the sex offenders register, the Sunday Express ran a similar campaign along the lines of: 'Could these evil men be living next door to you?'
What has been the result of the News of the World's actions? Public fury has led to cases of 'lynch law' in which people suspected of being sex offenders have had their houses attacked by mobs. In south London, an organisation called Antimatter targeted Victor Terry, 78, an innocent man which it had confused with someone else of the same name. Another innocent man in Beswick, Manchester, was also besieged by vigilantes who mistook him for one of the paedophiles named in the News of the World. The paper says it has made it clear it does not want the public to resort to such actions.
Who gets told about the movements of sex offenders? Head teachers, doctors, youth leaders, sports club managers and others, including landlords, are notified on a confidential basis of the existence of a local sex offender. But a system of general disclosure is unlikely to happen in Britain. In a recent legal ruling, it was declared that it was in society's interests for the offenders to be allowed to live normal, lawful lives.
What do other countries do? In America, parents have access to pictures and details of all registered paedophiles. This right is known as 'Megan's Law' after seven-year-old Megan Kanka, who was found strangled near her New Jersey home six years ago. Her parents campaigned for the police to notify communities when paedophiles moved in.
What do Sarah Payne's parents think?They have endorsed the News of the World's actions, and said that 'life should mean life' for sex offenders. The girl's mother, Sara, said: 'We think anyone who causes harm to a child in this way must be taken out of the community for life.'
It seems that this Blog has now gotten over not only my head,but the government, and all the agenies concerned.
I have come to the above conclusion through my own research and the hindrances I have incurred along the way.

These beasts accorinding to law can lurk in amongst us,but I researched and have filled out DPA 1998 act and FOI 2000 act requests to certain organisations who are responsible for these type offenders, bearing in mind I and my family come under the same laws and are entitled as a family to be protected by the the governing laws and statutes within the ECHR,but it would appear that they are quite clearly contradictory laws and the organisations that are supposed to be complying with the above acts cannot comply?
How can they?
Who do they owe a duty to,the offender or offended,victim or conspirer?
