The reason I have chosen to do so is because I have blogged on another serial rapist Mark Clarke form the Woodvale area of Belast.
Clarke is a phase trhee lifer,which means he is at home with his parents after bruttally raping numerious young women,with as it seems no restrictions,
Well after reading the summing up of Bily Fenton the beasts recent court appearance in Larne by resident magistrate Robert Alcorn.
I have came to the clonclusion!
Why is Mark Clarke allowed to drive a minibus five days a week?
when his index offence he was using his car under the false pretense to lure young innocent women into his car and subject,dominate and project his evil ways upon them...
Fenton has had imposed upon him under the sex offenders ACT 2003
1.NO CAR.
2.NO RELATIONSHIPS.
3.NOT ALLOWED IN CAR WITH WOMEN UNLESS AUTHORITIES HAVE PRIOR KNOWLEDGE AND THE WOMEN INVOLVED HAS TO BE INFORMED OF HIS PREDATORY BEHAVIOR.
